Aapex Property Management - A premium property management services company serving the San Francisco East Bay

Challenge:

Using a public self-storage unit, Aapex found they frequently had to move and search through large volumes of containers to find the information they were looking for. This storage environment provided inadequate protection against weather, pests, flammables and other hazardous conditions. Aapex needed an efficient records retrieval process and a more secure environment.

Solution:

Access Information Management was able to store the boxes for Aapex at a lower cost while giving Aapex the security of knowing that their sensitive information was protected and easily accessible. The records are now being stored in a secured records center with multiple levels of protection and backup systems. Access indexed and organized Aapex’ records, allowing them to access any of their files or containers with a simple phone call, fax, e-mail or online request.
